2. Initial contact

If you fit the profile for a job post, a recruiter will get in touch with you, so you can move on to the next stage.


3. Tests and/or interviews

Depending on the position you apply for, you will have to pass different tests or interviews. You will receive information regarding the progress and status of your application..


4. You are selected and we welcome you

If you're already in this stage of the process, it means you have been selected by Repsol. Before you officially join the team, you will be informed about the financial and work conditions that apply to you. Once you accept and your joining date has been agreed on, a pre-onboarding process will begin with special information about the Company.
